Plot summary:

In a world unlike our own, special schools for training mages exist. One of those schools is called Mizuhosaka Academy, in this school allows magic and regular classes which are separated into two different sections. Kamizaka Haruhi, enrolled into this school so she could be trained into a mage. Ever since Haruhi was saved by an mage when she was young, she longed to be an mage herself. Together with her rival/best friend, Hiiragi Anri, she studies magic while searching for the boy who saved her years ago, so that she can finally give him a Valentines' chocolate.
